Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes providing technical support and analysis of funding and schedules for Civil Works projects and studies.
• Ensuring project funding is executed in compliance with governing regulations and procedures.
• Experience with automated information systems including project management and scheduling software, automated financial systems, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Leadership to provide detailed analysis of Civil Works projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates Civil Works projects in accordance with programmatic, budgetary, and fiscal guidance.
• Develops, defends, and executes budget for Civil Works projects and programs and advises leadership on funding issues.
• Uses state-of-the-art software tools in planning, design, and construction phases to support project execution.
• Communicates status of Civil Works projects and programs with Project Managers, Program Managers, and leadership.
