Job summary

Shape Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will facilitate Product Realization and Engineering Change processes to ensure customer satisfaction and production readiness, acting as the primary customer interface on assigned programs. You will manage scope, budgets, milestones, and risk, and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Define and manage the scope of a program on behalf of the company and its suppliers.
• Summarize and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management.
• Initiate and manage programs throughout the product realization process, including engineering requests.
• Utilize the open issues matrix with a risk mitigation plan.
• Develop and manage the program budget and report updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the scope of the program on behalf of the company and its suppliers.
• Summarize and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management.
• Initiate and manage programs throughout the product realization process, including engineering requests.
• Develop and drive program timing with internal milestones, e.g., design reviews, tooling, and gate reviews.
• Manage multiple engineering teams to meet requirements such as TS16494, APQP, and AIAG.
• Support business unit or regional strategy and communicate to stakeholders.
