CDRP Technologies is seeking a proactive Program Manager to outline and plan all aspects of a project, including budgets, timelines and team coordination. The role requires strong communication to align stakeholders and anticipation of risks to mitigate issues promptly.

You will oversee scopes that include product ownership, program management, Scrum, and Agile coaching, while conducting performance reviews and ensuring the program delivers high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of program management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
