Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience, including government contracting.
• Experience managing large, complex contracts with dispersed teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance highly desired / ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program or multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Directs and mentors Project Managers and onsite staff.
• Ensures compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
• Monitors performance, budgets, and deliverables across engagements.
• Leads client communications and quarterly review meetings.
• Supports business development and proposal activities as needed.
