Job summary

Socure, a leading identity verification company, is seeking a Program Manager for Organizational Effectiveness & Insights to design, run, and continuously improve programs that keep the organization healthy as it scales.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development & OE, you will own end-to-end delivery of Socure’s engagement survey program, build org health diagnostics, and advance change management playbooks to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7+ years in organizational effectiveness, program management, people analytics/insights, or change management.
• Experience owning end-to-end engagement survey programs or similar diagnostics.
• Proficiency with data storytelling and dashboards for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of engagement survey programs and reporting.
• Consolidate data into dashboards; identify trends and track action-plan progress.
• Support operating model design and change management for org shifts.
• Develop and maintain org health diagnostics and recommendations.
• Build and automate playbooks and templates for recurring programs.
