You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, implement predictive maintenance, and ensure adherence to DOE and industry standards while driving cost-effective, high‑quality outputs aligned with the INL mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education/experience per DOE Order 426; 8–10+ years in maintenance with 2 years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance department (~150 employees) to ensure safety and efficiency in all activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed human performance improvement tools.
• Develop and manage a human capital plan to maximize performance and quality.
