3D Systems Corporation in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced Specialist Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives from onboarding to NPI, production process development, technology transfer, and continuous improvement.

The role requires managing complex programs and hands-on projects with cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field or equivalent.
• Certification in PMP/CAPM or similar is preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional programs and individual technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project, program, and portfolio management activities through the lifecycle with planning, execution, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and stakeholder communication.
• Design, implement, and improve PMO processes, tools, governance, and software solutions for consistent execution across units.
• Serve as hands-on project manager for lower-to moderate-complexity projects and ensure timely, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
