Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven leadership across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP/MRP, ISO 9001 and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead production and warehouse to meet quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals.
- Direct daily manufacturing activities and optimize labor and equipment use.
- Coach supervisors and employees to foster accountability and excellence.
- Oversee scheduling, material flow, and inventory controls.
- Partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and NPI for readiness.
- Drive Lean, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
