Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager for New Product Development to drive medium-scale projects from concept to implementation. You will develop project plans, schedules, and estimates, and coordinate vendor tasks to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of project management experience, and experience with SAP/ERP systems. PMI/PMP certification is preferred. This role is based in the United States with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering or equivalent.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with project management.
• Experience within SAP or other ERP business systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project or Project Server and business processes across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Setting project scope, milestones, and plans; managing execution and closure.
• Coordinating across functional areas to complete complex business/data projects.
• Assisting in establishing project budget and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Monitoring and reporting project statuses; escalating risks as needed.
• Maintaining strong stakeholder communications and customer relations.
