Qualifications

• 15+ years in program or project management with leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.
• Global program management across multiple countries or regions.
• Executive communication with C-level and board members.
• Advanced certifications like PMP/PgMP and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: develop and implement management strategies and best practices.
• Portfolio Oversight: manage a portfolio of programs with prioritization and resources.
• Governance & Compliance: enforce governance processes and policy alignment.
• Execution & Delivery: oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Performance Monitoring: create dashboards and report program status to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: drive process optimization and share best practices.
• Team Leadership: hire, mentor, and manage program managers and staff.
