Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering required.
• PMP certification and DAWIA Program Management (Advanced) preferred.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing across contract work areas.
• Formulate and enforce quality work standards for the program.
• Monitor progress on tasks and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with administrative and contractual requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison with CO and COR and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Oversee staffing stability, vacancies, replacements, and surge coordination.
• Prepare and present PMR materials quarterly, including burn rate and vacancies.
