Job summary

Patricio Enterprises is hiring a Program Manager for the Capability Portfolio Manager, Intelligence & Spectrum Warfare systems engineering and technical assistance contract. Primary duties include managing cost, schedule, and risks, interfacing with government management, and guiding the team to meet objectives.

Candidates should have extensive government program experience (14+ years, or 10+ with PMP) and strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Defense acquisition processes and DoD system programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and reporting.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manages cost, schedule, technical performance and risks.
• Interfaces with Government Management to resolve problems.
• Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to employees.
• Establishes priorities based on Government goals and objectives.
• Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor.
• Distributes workload and ensures timely completion.
• Provides on-the-job training and leadership to the team.
• Communicates assignments, milestones, and timeframes clearly.
