Job summary

Trident Maritime Systems-Heavy Equipment Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic programs and customer relationships from award through execution and delivery. The role requires owning complex programs, managing cost, schedule, and scope, and coordinating across engineering, supply chain, production, and finance.

You will drive risk mitigation, ensure contractual alignment, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organization in the marine and defense sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of direct program management experience with ownership of complex programs.
• Ability to analyze and manage program schedules, financial performance, forecasts, risks, and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution and performance of multiple complex programs concurrently, with accountability for cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, and customer commitments.
• Establish clear program priorities, milestones, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify program risks and opportunities, establish mitigation strategies, and drive issues to resolution.
• Lead customer discussions and negotiations involving program performance, schedule, pricing, scope, and contractual matters.
• Own program financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, EAC, ETC, revenue and invoicing.
