Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in program or project management, preferably in a healthcare or complex organizational setting
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Public Administration (MPA) or related field with at least 7 year(s) of experience in managing cross-functional programs in healthcare or the public sector
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Leads Program Planning and Execution: Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Defines program scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Tracks progress and adjusts plans as needed.
