Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex multi-project initiatives within a health services context. You will align cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires 1–3 years in PM leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive strategic programs across the organization. Office-based; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED; preferred Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years experience in a project manager or leadership role.
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Project Managers and program teams in comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with Executives and Business Owners to meet objectives.
• Monitor program status: scope, schedule, budget; take corrective action.
• Deliver status presentations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to project management methods and drive improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
