Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, hybrid).
• 6+ years leading operational and technology initiatives in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage complexity, risk, dependencies, and conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs spanning multiple projects.
• Define objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Provide status updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues.
• Coach project managers and align cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with sponsors and vendors to drive adoption.
• Support change-management across workstreams.
• Recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
• Coach staff in enterprise project management practices.
• Coordinate business and technology efforts across processes.
