Job summary

UPMC Health Plan seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead enterprise initiatives within the Business Performance Improvement department. This is a full-time, hybrid role with in-office days Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote work on other days.

Responsibilities include validating programs, driving cross-functional efficiencies, establishing governance, and delivering measurable ROI. Candidates should have strong PMO experience, PMI/Lean Six Sigma credentials, and proficiency in Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; extensive related experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of operations or PMO experience; PMP or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate program information against requirements and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and enterprise initiatives through governance.
• Provide executive-ready status reports with risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Lead program teams, mentor project managers, and drive continuous improvement.
