Job summary

Absolute Business Solutions Corp. (ABSC) seeks a Program Manager to lead the Army Intelligence Data Platform program at Fort Belvoir, VA.

You will report to the Executive VP of Programs, directing customer engagement, contract execution, staffing, and compliance across a multi-disciplinary PMO. Responsibilities include cost forecasting, deliverable oversight, invoicing, timekeeping in Deltek, and monthly program assessments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain additional accesses (SI, TK, G, HCS, NATO Secret).
• 12 years of direct industry experience with a Master’s degree or 14 years with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience managing IT contracts focusing on software development and system administration.
• Ability to lead tasks, set program priorities, and meet deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to obtain PMP certification within six months if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimates at completion with finance to align funding, staffing, goals and timelines.
• Direct delivery of reports, CDRLs, plans, dashboards and other customer deliverables.
• Manage invoicing process in compliance with contracts and financial policies.
• Lead program team members and staffing activities to maintain mission support.
• Coordinate Timekeeping in Deltek and conduct monthly PM assessments.
• Identify risks and opportunities, report on progress and adjust as needed.
• Maintain program financials, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across Government, corporate, and subcontractors at all levels.
