Absolute Business Solutions Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Army Data Capabilities Division program at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will report to ABSC’s Executive VP of Programs and drive customer engagement, contract execution, staffing, and performance.

Strong leadership and compliance with program requirements are essential. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years managing IT contracts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain required accesses.
• Master’s degree with 12 years of direct industry experience.
• At least 10 years managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate program estimates with finance team.
• Oversee delivery of reports, CD RDLs, plans, dashboards meeting contracts.
• Oversee invoicing processes ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Lead and coordinate program team members and staffing.
