Qualifications

• Experience communicating with senior government personnel is required.
• PMI PMP certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management oversight to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across locations and government stakeholders.
• Interface with government leadership to align efforts and resources.
• Develop and maintain program management, risk, and quality plans.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and dashboards.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and continuity of support across dispersed teams.
• Coordinate interdependent work across product, finance, scheduling, engineering, and communications.
• Report to senior Nakupuna management on performance and financials.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly progress and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with security and site access requirements.
