Job summary

Hotwire Communications in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end management for fiber audit, as-built documentation, and ongoing design system deployment. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, and sales to align activities and drive program execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of experience, and strong data analytics, reporting, and communication skills. PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data to make recommendations.
• Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) and other research and data analysis programs.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English.
• Must feel comfortable presenting to an audience.
• Required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for fiber audit and as-built documentation efforts.
• Maintain project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for design system deployment.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and sales to drive program execution.
• Enter data into IQGEO Network manager as needed.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Stay engaged with industry trends to optimize processes and resources.
• Lead change management and address resistance to ensure adoption.
• Demonstrate transparency on process and status of workstreams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
