The role requires extensive experience in government contracting, aviation operations, and leadership, with the ability to travel as needed and obtain security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Business Admin, Aviation or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible, directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in aviation, defense, or government contracting.
• Experience with complex programs, cross-functional teams, and customer requirements preferred.
• Military or government aviation experience preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of BU services, training programs, and projects.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, People Operations, and others to meet staffing and customer needs.
• Maintain accountability for program financial performance, including revenue and budgets.
• Serve as primary Company point of contact for customers and contracting authorities.
• Represent the Company at program reviews and resolve risks and issues promptly.
• Support pursuits for new and expanded BU opportunities and proposals.
• Promote compliance with Safety and Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
