Job summary

FabrinetWest is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of customer product programs through the contract manufacturing process. You will oversee planning, scheduling and hardware fabrication efforts to ensure deliveries are made on time and within budget.

You will analyze customer strategies, manage relationships, brief executives, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of program management, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions, and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage program implementation through the contract manufacturing process to ensure on-time, within-budget deliveries.
• Lead capacity planning, scheduling, and priority setting for builds.
• Provide customer status updates and coordinate with factory teams on progress and issues.
• Escalate bottlenecks and resources to speed builds and improve profitability.
