Job summary

MacroFab, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of high-touch customer programs—from NPI through production and delivery of PCBA, secondary assembly, box builds, and testing.

You will bridge customers and MacroFab's Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams, ensuring alignment, timely updates, and proactive risk management. Daily client engagement, a solutions-focused mindset, and strong coordination with partner factories are essential.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from start to finish.
Strong customer-facing presence with proven ownership and accountability.
Background in electronics or contract manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs from NPI to production and delivery.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers on schedule, status, escalations, changes.
Provide daily program updates with a solutions-oriented approach.
Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to align priorities.
Engage with Partner Factories on status updates and collaborative problem solving.
Manage programs spanning secondary assembly, box builds, tests, and programming.
Monitor schedules and proactively flag risks to avoid delays.
Maintain program data in Salesforce and generate reports for visibility.
Support handoffs between NPI and production.
