• Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals.
• Well versed in all MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer strategies and product plans to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities.
• Cultivate customer relationships and deliver effective engagement with executives to advance deals.
• Brief senior executives on strategy and tactics to enhance customer relationships and revenue.
• Set and communicate proposal objectives and deliverables to maximize operating profit and revenue growth.
• Provide top-level status reports and CTB updates; manage capacity planning and realistic commitments.
• Expedite builds on the manufacturing floor and coordinate workflow between SMT and back-end testing.
• Ensure process readiness and resolve internal resource constraints to meet delivery goals.
• Provide real-time status updates to customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor performance against key business metrics (revenue, margin, PPV, inventory turns, AR).
