Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry seeks a Program Manager to lead the company’s project management function and align cross-functional initiatives with strategic priorities. You will work with executives and partners to drive accountability and successful plan execution.

The role emphasizes developing PM processes, managing plans and milestones, and enhancing organizational effectiveness through standardized practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in program/project management or strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management systems and Microsoft Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and ongoing management of the organization’s strategic planning process, ensuring priorities align with business objectives.
• Monitor progress against strategic initiatives, milestones, and objectives, providing status updates to executive leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans across the organization.
• Develop and manage internal communications related to organizational priorities and leadership updates.
• Create and maintain content for internal channels (digital signage, intranet, town halls, presentations, employee communications).
• Oversee the company’s project management function, ensuring projects are prioritized and coordinated with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and reporting tools.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; work with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance PM processes, tools, and best practices.
