Job summary

Wilmington Trust is seeking a Program Manager to support the IS Global PMO, coordinating business and technology programs across finance, governance, and communications. The role emphasizes planning, execution, and reporting on key initiatives within a dynamic, strategy-aligned environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive operational efficiencies, and mentor project staff while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of proven project management experience, or a combined 12 years of higher education and/or work experience with at least 8 years PM experience.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Teams).
• MS Power Platform (Power Apps Suite).
• Financial institutional experience (financial services, fintech, or related).
• Experience working on a tech initiative, specifically a data initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio, program, and project management activities aligned with tech strategy and business objectives.
• Coordinate program deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop Project Plan, forecast and schedule with stakeholders; capture requirements, constraints and assumptions.
• Ensure plans include work breakdown, org chart, cost/budget, risk and resource plans.
• Monitor and control project work including change controls and budgets.
