Job summary

Wilmington Trust is seeking a Program Manager to support the IS Global PMO within Institutional Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, plan and track multiple initiatives, and ensure alignment with business and technology strategies while driving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include budget management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous reporting on OKRs and KPIs. A strong PM background with financial services experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years proven project management experience (or 12 years combined education/work with 8+ years PM experience).
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Teams).
• MS Power Platform (Power Apps Suite).
• Financial Institutional experience (financial services, fintech).
• Experience on tech initiatives, especially data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio, program, and project activities aligned with tech strategy and business objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and delivery schedules for multiple initiatives.
• Develop project plans, requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders.
