Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or related technical field, with 11+ years of program administration experience.
• Demonstrates program management principles, leadership, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Ability to develop solutions requiring coordination across program requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills for interface with departments, management, staff, customers, and government reps.
• Experience in defense/aerospace development or sustainment programs; familiarity with IETP/CSDB lifecycle concepts; exposure to logistics data products and sustainment planning outputs; CM principles.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Integrated Product Services proposal team.
• Participates in cost estimating objectives and assess estimating risks.
• Develops cost estimates considering contract type, lifecycle, and prior performance.
• Leads program planning and delivery from initiation to completion; manages resources and schedules.
• Interacts with customers and management to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance; supports business opportunities.
