Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in program/project management or operations.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer relationships and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer deployment programs and strategic initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, objectives, and success criteria.
• Serve as primary program contact to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks through collaboration.
• Analyze performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain documentation and provide status updates to leadership.
• Facilitate program review meetings and capture lessons learned.
• Provide training to internal teams on program objectives.
• Travel to customer sites and internal locations as needed (≈50%).
