Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS) to own strategy and initiatives that improve the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. You will collaborate across Tech, Operations, and Marketing to analyze data, identify barriers, and implement standards that enhance the on-road experience for hundreds of thousands of DPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization
• Make difficult resource trade-offs and align Director and senior-level leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Own key performance indicators and work closely with the business to understand day to day opportunities and pain points in order to implement short term and long term solves.
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate level of quality and in line with its target date.
