Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS) to own strategy and initiatives that improve the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. You will collaborate with technology, operations, and marketing teams to analyze data, remove barriers, and implement standards balancing business needs with customer experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred: 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
Work with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvements.
Influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
Make resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
Own KPIs and partner with the business to identify day-to-day opportunities and long-term solutions.
Monitor project execution to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
