Okta is hiring a Program Manager in Seattle to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth, leading a high-visibility cross-functional initiative across Okta and Auth0 product investments, marketing, and enablement. You will drive executive reporting, stakeholder accountability, and strategic alignment in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply structured, data-driven methods to manage complex programs, scale impact, and leverage AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical and financial acumen with ability to learn quickly
• Superior written and verbal communication, ability to distill complex ideas
• Ability to apply structure to ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders
• High EQ and IQ, data driven and solution oriented
• High ethical standards and sound judgment
• Experience with enterprise software and integrated tech products
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance with milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation
• Scale program impact using program management methodologies and tools
• Leverage AI to enhance program management processes
• Own reporting for C-level and cross-functional leadership
