Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth across Okta and Auth0 product investments, marketing, and open standards. You will lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 initiatives with a focus on governance and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 6–8+ years in management consulting or GTM/Product roles, strong technical/financial acumen, and outstanding communication to influence C-level and engineering

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles.
• Proven success leading complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen with ability to master new domains quickly.
• Superior written and verbal communication, able to distill complex ideas for any audience.
• Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Scale program impact using advanced methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency.
• Leverage AI to enhance program management by defining and documenting AI-driven processes.
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership; evangelize program vision and progress.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and decisions; drive accountability.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives.
