Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager within the ISV Ecosystem team to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth across Okta and Auth0 products. You will lead a high-visibility program spanning product investments, marketing, enablement, and open standards.

You will collaborate with senior Product and Engineering leadership, drive cross-functional initiatives, and leverage AI to improve program efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles.
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas for any audience.
• Ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• High EQ/IQ; data-driven, learning mindset.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment.
• Experience with enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance with defined rhythms, milestones, metrics and risk mitigation.
• Scale program impact using advanced management methodologies and tools.
• Leverage AI to enhance program management processes and efficiency.
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership; evangelize program vision.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, decisions and next steps.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
