Job summary

Vitesse Systems, LLC seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead high-priority antenna programs in Harbor City, CA. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure EVMS adherence to meet customer requirements.

You will advocate for customers, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations, and provide leadership in risk management and executive reporting. This role requires PMP certification and aerospace/defense program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible project or program management experience.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience delivering government programs in aerospace/defense or related industries.
• Experience managing government contracts, funding, compliance, and customer relationships.
• Proven experience with Integrated Master Schedules, baseline management, and schedule recovery.
• Experience using EVMS to analyze cost and schedule performance, forecast outcomes, and brief leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs through lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
• Establish objectives, baselines, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules including baselines and critical paths.
• Monitor schedule performance, assess variances, and develop recovery plans.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and EVMS-based program performance reports.
• Lead government program delivery per contractual requirements and compliance.
• Drive risk reviews, maintain risk registers, and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare formal briefings to senior leadership and customers.
• Translate complex program data into actionable recommendations.
