Vitesse Systems in Longmont, Colorado seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead customer-focused programs in antenna solutions, overseeing cross-functional teams and EVMS tracking. The role emphasizes delivering within constraints while managing budgets, schedules, and risk in aerospace settings.

You will advocate for customers, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive program success through meticulous planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years commensurate aerospace experience.
• 10+ years in technical project management or subcontract administration in aerospace.
• Experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience identifying and mitigating technical program risks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all major program phases – including proposal development.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and advocate for their needs within the organization.
• Negotiate customer requirements to fit within company capabilities and objectives.
• Generate and communicate detailed program plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor program progress and ensure on-time delivery; control cost escalations.
• Manage scope changes and baselining; ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and communicate status.
• Coordinate solutions balancing customer needs with internal priorities.
