Job summary

Incora is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to direct commercial and operational activities for assigned chemical customer contracts across regions, driving revenue growth and contract performance.

You will lead a contract team, collaborate with Sales, manage P&L, and apply best practices to optimize processes while upholding Incora values and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Significant experience of customer relationship management.
  • Financially proficient to a good level.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels and robust revenue & margin growth plans.
  • Accountability and proactiveness to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contract and its key processes.
  • Work closely with the Sales Functions to develop bid strategies for new & renewals of contracted business.
  • Contribute to Annual Operating Process; and provide accurate business forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts.
  • Leading by example and enabling an environment where all employees can contribute to the best of their abilities.
  • Support the environment for growth and progression for the people within the team.
  • Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora.
  • Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.
  • Conduct interviews, hire and train on-site personnel (when necessary to do so).
  • Ensure longevity of a partnership culture in all Incora’s contracted customers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract.
  • This element of the role will involve seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
  • To be responsible for developing key performance indicators for Contract Compliance, both externally with the Customer and internally for Financial Performance.
  • Manage, support and mentor the team, providing effective & timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews and facilitate additional training and/or mentoring as appropriate.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About Role:

The Strategic Program Manager is accountable to provide the commercial & operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts either by customer group or by region, within the contracts business unit. Accountable for the directing, managing & coordination of all contract activities within the given customer contracts and supporting functions to achieve the Company’s business goals. Responsible for the financial growth within customer accounts and maximizing opportunities to grow relationships. Manage a contract team to administer the day‑to‑day operational functions and deliver best in class customer service, build partnerships, and support the customer contracts.
