Job summary

Incora seeks a Strategic Program Manager in McKinney, TX to direct commercial and operational activities for specified chemical customer contracts, driving growth and profitability. You will lead a contract team, optimize processes, and partner with Sales on bid strategies while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management experience, and the ability to travel between customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience in sales, distribution or contract management.
  • Experience managing customer contracts and driving revenue and margins.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to lead cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract management with responsibility for growth strategies, P&L and revenue & margin growth plans.
  • Work with Sales to develop bid strategies for new and renewal of contracted business.
  • Monitor sales, margin, costs and inventory to meet budgets and profitability.
  • Negotiate renewals using Best Practice Terms & Conditions and ensure continuity of supply.
