Job summary

You will collaborate with executives to align objectives, develop roadmaps, monitor progress, and present status updates. Strong leadership, communication, and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role.
• Preferred knowledge of Health Care Insurance industry business and operational context.
• Experience with an industry standard software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and deliver complex programs with cross-functional collaboration and manage interdependencies.
• Organize, plans and maintain program roadmap of cross-functional activities/projects.
• Lead project managers and program teams in development and maintenance of comprehensive plans.
• Engage with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to achieve program objectives and understand business objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate and report program status including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to goals; take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver status presentations across the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to project management methods, lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements; contribute to method improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
