Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO seeks a Program Analyst to actively participate in the program management lifecycle. You will monitor cost, schedule, performance and risk, and prepare documentation for formal reviews to keep the government PM informed.

Qualifications

Experience in program management monitoring cost, schedule, performance and risk.
Experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including SOWs, PWS, IGCEs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

Actively monitor program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the lifecycle, identifying issues.
Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), reporting progress against baselines.
Prepare and support acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWS, market research, and IGCEs.
Participate in and document key meetings (PMRs, sprint planning, technical exchange).
Provide independent review and analysis of contractor deliverables against SOW requirements.
