Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years in program management, PMO execution, strategy, or cross-functional transformation.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines operating rhythm and governance cadence for large, multi-unit transformations.
• Partners with leadership to identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and resolve conflict.
• Understands financial goals and tracks OKRs to meet financial/strategic objectives.
• Challenges assumptions to maintain pace and secure cross-functional input and resourcing.
