Job summary

CPH in Sanford, FL seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic commercial development programs from business development through delivery and client growth. You will manage multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Civil, MEP, and Surveying, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in A/E consulting or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture/Business, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, commercial development, or related environment.
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in client development and business growth activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial development programs.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate resources across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil Engineering, and Surveying.
• Develop strategic accounts and market growth plans.
