Qualifications

• Lead strategic planning and program management within the Housing and Community Services Division.
• Direct supervision of staff and oversight of two units (8-9 employees).
• Budget development, grant management, and funding optimization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate across divisions and community partners to implement programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for programs and services.
• Oversee two units and supervise professional staff to meet performance standards.
• Manage division budget, seek additional funding opportunities, and monitor outcomes.
• Develop RFP processes and coordinate contract monitoring activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and council materials; represent HCS in meetings.
