Woodward is seeking a Program Manager in Illinois to lead complex aerospace programs. You will mentor project managers, own program results, and drive governance, strategy, scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and ROI.

Expect interaction with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure timely progress and measurable outcomes. The role requires managing high-risk programs, ensuring compliance with policies, and serving as primary contact for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• PMP certification preferred; ITAR compliance experience is a plus.
• Experience managing aerospace programs and complex cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead high- to very high-complexity programs and governance.
• Develop and maintain program artifacts: strategy, scope, schedule, budget, ROI.
• Direct cross-functional teams and serve as primary customer contact.
• Ensure alignment with policies, risks, and performance targets.
