Job summary

Woodbridge Group in Michigan seeks a seasoned Program Manager to plan, execute and finalize complex programs for OE customers, ensuring deadlines and budgets while delivering the intended customer experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and interface with Quality and Engineering to drive program success.

Responsibilities include managing timing, tooling budgets, and lifecycle activities, plus leading APQP launches and supporting product alignment with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• College or university graduate in engineering or business with 4+ years in program management or related fields.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, products and capabilities.
• Ability to interpret automotive drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of APQP and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management with OE customers and interface to Quality and Engineering.
• Manage timing, deliverables and tooling budgets for programs.
• Oversee engineering change financials and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with Product and Business Development for alignment.
• Run APQP Launch Tracker and support customer meetings and visits.
