Job summary

Woodward is seeking experienced program managers to lead high-impact aerospace initiatives. You will mentor project managers, own program artifacts, and ensure alignment with goals, schedule, budget, and risk management.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, while serving as the main customer liaison and driving governance across programs. Successful candidates typically hold a Bachelor's degree, PMP preferred, and familiarity with ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading complex programs in aerospace or equivalent.
• ITAR compliance awareness and US-person requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Own program results with clear goals, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and ROI.
• Develop and refine program artifacts and governance for compliance and value.
• Serve as primary customer liaison, presenting updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
