Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant program leadership experience.
• Preferred: master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and strategy to translate funding requirements into actionable plans and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, workflows, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Supervise 3–6 full-time staff; foster accountability and professional development.
• Drive Rural Expansion to extend MHAP into rural Missouri communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with evaluation teams to monitor outcomes, reflect findings, and inform improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
