Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of program leadership experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site or statewide programs preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, maternal health, or public health contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cardiometabolic Arm of the Maternal Health Access Project and provide interim leadership for the Psychiatry Arm as needed.
• Translate project goals, funding requirements, and priorities into actionable program strategy and implementation.
• Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, timelines, and staff performance.
• Coordinate with MHAP Psychiatry Arm Lead and MO-CPAP to ensure aligned program delivery.
• Lead rural expansion efforts and develop sustainability strategies for long-term impact.
