Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include leadership experience in complex, multi-site programs and experience with healthcare/public health or maternal health systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Program Lead for the Cardiometabolic Arm of the Maternal Health Access Project and provide interim leadership for the Psychiatry Arm as necessary.
  • Translate project goals, funding requirements, and priorities into actionable program strategy and implementation.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, timelines, staff, and deliverables; ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Lead rural expansion into Missouri and develop strategies for sustainable growth and funding development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and represent the program in meetings and public settings.
